Vincent R. Barbera, CFP ®, MSFS Managing Partner

Vincent R. Barbera, CFP® began his career in the financial services industry in 2002 working as a financial planner with the Vanguard Group. Prior to co-founding Newbridge Wealth Management, he spent the last seven years working for TGS Financial Advisors in Radnor, PA. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Psychology and Business and earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation in 2005. He earned a Masters Degree in Financial Services from Saint Joseph’s University in 2016.

Vincent is actively involved in the financial planning community, currently serving as Chair of the Philadelphia Tri-State chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). In addition, he is actively involved with his children’s school, Montessori Children’s House of Valley Forge, also as a contributing board member. Vincent has been quoted in numerous publications including; The Wall Street Journal, Financial Planning Magazine, The Fiscal Times, Kiplinger’s Retirement Report and Fortune Small Business.

He is married to Jill, a real estate agent with Keller Williams. They have three children, Logan, Hayden, and Bryson and a dog named Zoey. They lead an active life near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.

R. Christopher Wiegand, CFA Managing Partner

R. Christopher Wiegand, CFA has been delivering financial advice to high net worth clients since 1997. He completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Professional Education Program in 1997 and passed the CFP Board Exam in the same year. In 2001, he earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation for investment management analysis. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the local chapter of the CFA Society of Philadelphia. Chris is a graduate of Bucknell University, earning a B.A. in Economics in 1994.

When Chris isn’t reading the WSJ, he enjoys spending quality time with his family. That may entail having a catch with his son, chasing his young daughter around the driveway, or date night with his lovely wife. He enjoys fitness, especially in the form of hockey, and is susceptible to complaining about his aches and pains. He always has a project underway around the house and has learned over the years to never tackle anything which exceeds his level of skill and commitment. His latest avocation is vegetable gardening which has given rise to a minor in critter defense. Other pastimes he enjoys are reading non-fiction, astronomy, and seeing the latest documentary films.

He is married to Christine, a corporate attorney, with two children, Mason and Emerson and they live in Penn Valley nearby center city Philadelphia.
