Meet the Managers
Vincent R. Barbera, CFP®, MSFSManaging Partner
Vincent Barbera is dedicated to helping families achieve a comfortable life. As a husband and father, he knows firsthand the financial pressures that parents face in choosing the right schools for their children, providing meaningful memories like summer camp and sports, and saving for their future college tuition—all the while making sure to put enough aside for their own retirement. As a financial advisor, Vincent thrives in helping families understand their options and make informed decisions to realize their dreams.
Before co-founding Newbridge Wealth Management, Vincent started his career at The Vanguard Group. Not only did he gain invaluable experience at the company, but he came to two realizations that shaped his future: First, investing must be low-cost for families to have the best opportunity for success. And second, investing should be just one part in a comprehensive financial plan that helps families meet their goals. After gaining additional experience at an independent advisory firm, he was fortunate enough to meet someone who shared his vision, and Newbridge Wealth Management was formed. Today, Vincent is thrilled to co-lead a firm emphasizing comprehensive financial planning, a fiduciary obligation to put clients’ best interests first, and technology tools that complement the firm’s holistic advice.Vincent makes his home in Valley Forge with his wife and three sons.
He loves to take his boys hiking, exploring places they have never seen before. Other favorite activities include enjoying coffee, watching science fiction movies on rainy days, enjoying more coffee, and spending time at the beach.

Chris Wiegand has had a lifelong interest in finance. He credits his parents for instilling the principles of earning what you keep, living within your means, and making sound investment decisions. At Bucknell University he knew a career in finance may be in store for him after reading Benjamin Graham’s The Intelligent Investor. Today, at Newbridge as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chris is primarily responsible for running the investment portfolio management program. He enjoys the challenge and responsibility of helping clients leverage their resources to make their dreams possible. And he is most gratified by the impactful, long-term relationships he has forged with people.
Outside of the office, Chris is first and foremost a family-oriented person. His wife and two children have first dibs on his personal time. He enjoys attending his daughter’s basketball games and playing golf with his son. The family is dedicated to giving back to the community through a variety of outreach efforts, including faith-based school programs and the Red Cross.
